A famous proverb says, “If you are planning for a year, sow rice; if you are planning for a decade, plant trees; if you are planning for a lifetime, educate people”. Keeping focus on this the department of education felt the need to establish a college that would cater to both the D.El.Ed. students of Sabarkantha district and nearby area. In 2007, SARASWATI PTC (D.EL.ED.) COLLEGE, At.Po.Ghadi, Ta.Prantij, Dist. Sabarkantha was established and local people and dedicated faculties the institution has gained recognition as an important centre of learning .This college proved blessing in disguise for students in particular because the hassles of daily commuting and an opportunity to study within reach area where parents enthusiastically send their wards to build their future.
